How many rounds of revisions do I get?
One round of revisions is included in the design fee, so you can request changes before anything is finalized.
What's included in the Monthly Care Plan?
Hosting, your site's security certificate, automated uptime monitoring, and up to 30 minutes of content updates each month.
What if I need more than 30 minutes of updates in a month?
Anything beyond 30 minutes is billed at a simple $50/hour rate — no surprise charges.
Do I own my website?
Yes — your site's code and hosting live in accounts that belong to you, not us, so you're never locked in.
What about my domain name?
Domain registration and renewal aren't included in the Care Plan, but it's available as an add-on, or you can manage it yourself.
Can I cancel the Monthly Care Plan?
Yes, anytime — there's no long-term contract. Since everything already lives in accounts you own, there's nothing to transfer if you cancel.
How long does a project take?
Most projects take 1–2 weeks from kickoff to launch, depending on scope and how quickly I get your content and feedback.
What tools do you build with?
Every site is hand-built with modern, fast tools rather than a page-builder platform like WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace.
